THE MAGIC IS HAPPENING

i've had several hiccups with this novel. struggling to find the right path for my characters to take. getting it edited. my best friend has jumped in and started editing it for me since my previous editor was not up to par. on top of that, a fellow writer offered her services. as tempted as i am to take her up on her author, i am feeling such a great rapport with my bestie that i want to keep this duo going. she's everything i expected. communicative, open to suggestions, not afraid to kick my butt for using too many words and so on. currently she has just finished chapter 1. she did it in 2 days. so kids pending, she may get it done in time for my potential release date.

but have no fear i will keep you all updated.

my next hiccup is with my graphic designer. unfortunately her schedule has gotten so busy she is unable to design my next cover. so i will look back to fivver to find another artist who is interested in this task.

but, it is happening.

Quite soon, perhaps as early as this weekend i will shift my focus, partially, to my next novel. already written i have printed it out (sorry trees) and continue on with my second stage of note taking and scribbles. there is something quite enriching about reading and noting and reading and fixing. its a process i do enjoy.
