is it procrastination when life gets in the way? there is a ton going on right now in my life, as it is with anyone's. i'm dealing with replacing the main shower in my condo. the job keeps getting bigger and bigger and my wallet keeps getting smaller and smaller. but things may be looking up. it has gone from a huuuge job to a smaller job. thankfully, because i found a great plumber who is flexible.

halloween is just around the corner so i'm working on my costume even though i may have nowhere to go. but just in case. plus i love sewing cool things for myself. but right after halloween is my first official public craft market. i'm selling at the L&S craft market in langley on november 17th so come check it out! which of course means i'm sewing like a banshee to get enough product ready. i only have purses and toilitries bags but i'm trying out new products to see if any take hold.

then of course, checking and tweaking my manuscript for "Igniting the Shadows" as it comes in. i have gotten the cover design done and am eagerly awaiting my friend, who is amazing. she's utilizing her free time to edit my novel for me. it may mean a bit of a wait, but hopefully, fingers crossed, it'll be done within a month. i may or may not make the october 8th release date but i will pray.

and of course, cooking and cleaning. i live alone so my place isn't very messy. but i do cook all my own meals and unlike most north american's i am eating a traditional japanese meal so fish, rice, miso soup and tamagoyaki egg omelet. plus green beans and fruit. and bento boxes for lunch. so a lot of work goes into them.

so i guess, i need to find time to edit my 3rd manuscript. no time like the present.
