it has been a great but busy week. I have had back to back shifts between my main job and on call work. I quite literally went from a youtube live show (did you know that was a thing? i didn't. i still don't get it actually) to setting up for Beyonce. with only a few hours sleep between. oh wait, did i mention that i showed up for a 4 hour call to only do an hour's worth of work unloading a catering truck? then a dash to starbucks for a matcha green tea latte and then a full day of work setting up the Beyonce concert. then i relaxed at home and chilled.

the next day was a very long day. 16 hours of set up, waiting, working the actual concert (i went from spot to deck crew so i got to set up risers during a song and a lovely view of the amazing Beyonce behind. that woman looks amazing. she keeps a healthy body, its impressive and awe inspiring). to striking. then 3 hours of sleep before i worked my regular job. surprisingly i wasn't tired for the whole day until almost quitting time.

i managed to edit around 50 pages on my 3rd manuscript as well as go thru chapter 4 and 5 of my 2nd manuscript from my editor. almost halfway there. sometimes, sitting around and waiting for cues can be beneficial.

i made it thru my day of maintennce at the main job on 3 hours sleep. unfortunately for me, i had to stay awake for the plumber to work on my shower, for a potential roomie to not show up and then Lauren to come try on a skirt that only required 1 quick modification. I was stoked that she liked it!!!! then Andrew wanted to go for dinner so wings and moscow mules it was.

i managed to get a goods night sleep and sleep in all in the same shot. then today i worked VSO at my theatre and got a few more pages done of the 3rd manuscript. i've 30 pages left of my pen scribbles before i transcribe those notes into the computer. i'm quite excited. i think I will splurge and find a proper editor online via fivver. i love my bestie, but she's sooo busy. but she's good. i am happy with her work

i'm also realizing that i think, after i publish this novel i will start sending my stuff off to agents to again. perhaps i will find someone soon. i hope so, i'm writing like a mad woman and the world needs to see my stuff!
